A week ago I had a pump failure and need to get it replaced asap. It was storming that day so I headed to pinch a penny. When o arrived I spoke with Harley and Blake . Blake had a look, and proceed to break down my old system and completely rebuilt my system and ready my pump for installation. He replace seals and impellers,, he went at it like a watch maker ! I was very impressed with his knowledge and skills, he is a complete asset to pinch a penny , and one of the reasons I have made this my pool store for the last 9 years ! Thank you!

So thankful for Pinch a Penny! We are new pool owners. Our pool turned and stayed green despite us following the recommendation of our pool builder. Nothing was working! I went into Pinch A Penny on Friday with a water sample. After a few moments, I had a complete prescription for clearing our pool. From now on, Pinch a Penny is my go to for all our pool needs!!! I offered any amount of funding and support to keep my pool maintained for the season as we are often out of town. They can't even reply with a quote. Zero stars. Our pool is blue and we couldn't even get a quote. AND....I will follow up, as a business owner, AI GENERATED REPLIES TO HONEST REVIEWS IS UNACCEPTABLE! Shame on you for not having a moment to reply or reach out. The obvious would be to describe that you're not adding new clients, or you're behind, or offer some solution.
