I’m a builder. I work with a large number of vendors and suppliers on a daily biases. Again and again I’ve been frustrated by my experience here. There are suppliers who understand we’re working together for a common interest then there are places like this one that have the mindset of, it’s them against you… I was set to open an account here however I do not feel this place has earned my business and I will utilize other sources going forward.

Top shelf service. Went in to match bricks. Great service - they gave me a quick run down in my options which are limited due to age of the house we are repairing…gave me a few brick samples for free and even gave me a list of recommended contractors. Super nice people.

I just had a cube of bricks delivered by Pine Hall Brick that I will use for a new walk in the front yard, and some years ago I had 3-4 cubes delivered that I used to build my patio. These people are really amazing! From the people who want to help you through the WEB site, to the staff at the office, and finally to Dennis, who just delivered my bricks. They are all wonderfully personable and completely focused on helping with and meeting my needs! I would never go anywhere else for my brick needs, nor for the sand, cement, or other incidentals!

I am just a home owner that has utilized Pine Hall for a couple different home improvement projects. They have been very responsive via email and very helpful in answering my questions. Any time I need something they sell I will be utilizing them. Had a deliver of bricks today and they arrived well before expected and I am ready to start my next project thanks to them.
