I have used Steve for 3 projects, each ran on time, was hassle free and resulted in excellent workmanship. The most recent project was a kitchen renovation that included major interior changes to bring my vision to life. Steve is an excellent communicator and is able to provide valuable input to ensure both function and the desired aesthetic is achieved! Just awesome!

Pinecrest construction was timely, reasonably priced and totally dependable. Our experience was without question, the best we've experienced in our 20 years in So Florida. The project was completed on time and on budget. The reliability of knowing that Steve, the contractor was involved and on sight was a benefit. In addition, he was wonderfully accommodating to our changes and helpful in all aspects. We would not hesitate to use Pinecrest in any project or recommend them to anyone.

Steve was great, unlike most general contractors, he was at the the project site everyday. He takes great pride in his work and gives very reasonable prices. My family and I wouldn’t be living in our dream home if it wasn’t for him. Thank you for all your help Steve

I have to let everyone know - this is a first class outfit - they do amazing work - perfectionism and professionalism PLUS!!! I couldn't be happier - I had my entire exterior of my home revamped everything was repaired and treated and then painted - it's AMAZING!!! So much attention to detail and to top it off a great team - I almost cried when they told me they were all done because I would miss them on top of being so grateful for the beautiful job they did here - I can ONLY highly recommend Pinecrest Construction - they are the BEST!!!!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Pinecrest Construction Co. Steve showed professionalism throughout the entire process. His expert guidance , work ethic, attention to detail and communication assured me that he had everything under control. I've had previous contractors work on my home before, and Pinecrest has been my best experience.  I couldn't be happier with my bathroom remodel. Julie was exceptional! Completed the work efficiently and left the workspace clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company to others and would re-hire for all my future needs.
