Pink's Carpet Cleaning

I am very impressed with Pinks Carpet Cleaning. I have used them several times a year. The staff are so nice and respectful in our home. They are knowledgeable and were able to get out all of our sofa and carpet stains. Today I had an emergency and spilled a green smoothie on our wool rug and Troy was over at our home within a few hours and got stain out! He was so accommodating and kind to go out of his way to help us. If you are looking for a carpet cleaning company, look no further!

We loved Pinks! We have 2 Great Danes and 3 cats and after only 2 years of being in our home our carpets were already pretty destroyed. Austin and Ryan came to the rescue! WOW! Having had animals and lived in other states, Pink's is by far, the carpet cleaning company I've ever done business with! I had two geriatric dogs who, despite my best efforts, had bladder issues, not because of training but because of health. Shortly after they were put to sleep for deteriorating health, I had another reputable service come out and do a cleaning. It looked great for about a week and then everything seeped through again and looked worse than before and in a very short amount of time. Convinced the carpet was ruined and looking at replacement, for which I can't afford, I decided to look for another service and found Pink's. Had I known, I wouldn't have ever used another service. Excellent, prompt and professional service. Their team got back to us right away and setup the cleaning service, gave us the exact time they would arrive and texted letting us know that they were on their way. Our carpets are spotless and the team was in and out without 30 minutes. Crazy! I would highly recommend this team.

For general carpet cleaning, their service seems fine. However, for pet urine odor removal, the enzyme treatment they applied—based on their own recommendation—did not work effectively, even after multiple visits. Despite their efforts and the additional cost, the odor remained, and they eventually suggested that the carpet needed to be replaced. I was quite disappointed with that outcome, especially after trusting their process and expertise.
