I called Pinky’s because a client had a specialty lock on a concealed door that suddenly stopped functioning—we couldn’t get access at all. Aaron met me at my customer’s home within the hour. He got the door open, took the lock and latch apart, and diagnosed the issue on the spot. We ordered a new latch and internal component, and a few days later he returned to install both. He even brought a caliper to cut everything to the exact dimension we needed. The door and lock now operate flawlessly, and both my client and I are thrilled. This was a tricky install with an extra-thick door and specialty hardware, and Pinky’s got it done. 10/10—highly recommend!
