Melvin from Real Clean Environmental did an awesome job on my dryer vent. From start to finish, I always knew where he was and what he was doing. He even had pictures and video to show me what my cap and screen looked like on the roof of my condo before cleaning it. He has excellent communication, is professional and backs up his work 100% (even when it was the dog hair that caused the problem).
