Pinnacle Brick Pavers & Stone

A friend had used Pinnacle Pavers in the past had been very happy, so I contracted with them for a small patio around a pool. I was told that supplies would arrive in 2-3 weeks and installation would happen shortly after that. At the 2 week point I texted to see if supplies had come in. Over the next week, Pinnacle only responded that supplies were not in, and then went quiet. No more communication, no response to texts or phone calls. At the 4 week point I gave up and went with another company.

Tried to jack up the price $1920 more than the agreed price of $6000. Workers did a great job but not reliable on showing up. I used this company back in 2015 with no complaints. I will not use them again. Do not trust any verbal agreement. Get everything in wiriting if you use them.

i did 3 driveways (2.700sqft each) and the owner didn't paid me, it was 3 years ago and until today nothing.

Nver got back with us terrible way to do business!
