From start to finish, Pinnacle Floors exceeded my expectation. Nick (Sales) is incredibly knowledgeable with their product offerings, was on time for the showroom meeting and subsequent house walk through, and quick to respond to questions. Emily (office) was informative and attentive with scheduling and other questions. Dan and Drew (installers) know their craft and did a wonderful job installing the Armstrong American Scrape Candy Apple Hickory and Vintage Hickory. Job well done Team Pinnacle!

We wanted to replace our carpet in our bedroom with a hardwood floor. Pinnacle had done an amazing job in my husband's office some years ago, so we decided to use them again. They have a large selection of high-quality hardwood floors to choose from in their showroom. Nick came out promptly to measure our room. We didn't have to wait long for our install which was done by Dustin, who was very hardworking and conscientious. We love our new bedroom floor. It makes the room seem richer, quieter and a bonus it is easy to maintain. We highly recommend Pinnacle for your hardwood floors.

We had pinnacle install new hardwood flooring throughout our first floor. They did a wonderful job! Everyone from the owner to the installers were professional and easy to work with. The installers were efficient, work areas were kept clean daily. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was excellent. We love our new floors and highly recommended Pinnacle.

Pinnacle Floors installed and finished our site finished floors when we built our home. We have been thrilled with them over the years. Recently, we had them out to repair a section of the flooring that was badly damaged when we moved some furniture. They did an outstanding job! We would highly recommend Pinnacle to anyone.
