We hired Mike and Pinnacle Home Services to paint and re-screen our outdoor porch. We experienced many delays and poor communication during the process. We were told the project would be completed over a weekend and it ended up spanning multiple weeks. Pinnacle failed to show up and work on multiple days they said they would be there and wouldn't return calls or texts. After the project was finally finished, we realized the door to the porch was installed incorrectly and had a massive gap which allowed insects to enter the porch, defeating the entire point of the remodel. We paid $3000 and still can't even use our porch without dealing with bugs, and will now have to pay another company to re-do the job properly. Avoid this company.

Working with Pinnacle was awesome! I really loved every idea that Ashley had shown me for my remodel of my kitchen and bathrooms. I had gotten so many estimates and I am so happy I picked Pinnacle! Ashley and her husband Mike did a fantastic job! I truly thank you guys.

After asking around, looking through reviews, and getting quotes I took a chance on Pinnacle Home Services for a bathroom remodel project I had. Let me tell you TOP NOTCH!!! Ashely walked me through the process, was there every step of the way , and any time I had questions about how things were going she never made me feel like I was a bother. This is the first time I have ever used a company (normally I try to DIY it but I wanted the bathroom done quickly as I was trying to open up my basement as an Airbnb space) as far as workmanship I don’t think they can be beat. Every thing turned out fabulous. I will be using them again. 10 out of 10
