Please read the 1 star reviews they are real. Everything was agreed upon in advance, movers come. Tell you that you only get half a truck and then proceed to raise your quote 4x. You cancel like a normal person and then lose your 3500 security deposit and they don't have to move you. It's literally an extortion scam. Make sure you get them to unload your stuff and pay your security depsoit by credit card so you can dispute the charges and they can't hold your stuff hostage. Thank me later. I would also recommend reporting this business to all of the 3 letter agencies

Told broker all items I had, was listed on bill of lading. I even called multiple times to confirm the cost prior, and explain that it took a 26 ft truck to move us However, delivery day came and the subcontractor Giovanni Van Lines out of Dallas Texas movers came and demanded additional 8000 to move us and stated I only paid for 491 cu ft I Wanted to cancel, however they stated I would lose my deposit 1500 Demanded I pay 1000.00 through Zelle before they would load my items So I had them load up 491 cu ft Stated 491 cu ft is only 1 bed, dresser and table, and said I was at my limit 3 weeks later, stop payment on 1500 and dispute charges with bank However, I’m out 1000 because it was paid through Zelle 2-3 weeks have come and no delivery The company is refusing to deliver my items becaus

Do NOT use this company. My sister hired them for a cross country move. First blind stimate was 750 cubic feet for $4,800 to go from NJ to TX, when we packed everything ourselves, we called the broker and told him exactly how many boxes, lengths and widths of furniture, and measured out with blue tape a portion of the garage to fit everything. They came back one day before the move and changed the estimate to 883 cubic feet and $6,200. No problem. However, the day of the move the moving company they contracted through said it was closer to 1500-1600 cubic feet of stuff and would be $11,000 to move. We cancelled, lost our deposit of $3,400 and went with U-Haul u-pack pods… because we STILL will come out ahead. When you give exact measurements of furniture and then come back and upcharge 5,0

Absolutely horrible experience with HHG military move. Very unprofessional. Showed up on the wrong days, late and with little communication. Upon delivery to our new location we discovered multiple damaged items and missing pieces.

I am amazed at this moving, packing and delivery of this company. From Steve, customer service, the packers and the delivery, was very honest and effective. I misplaced a ring and found it packed in a box. I love this company and will recommended with my eyes closed! Ty yall.
