Our project started off great with Alec, who did an excellent job pointing out an issue we had completely overlooked. He got the estimate to us quickly and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The operations team did a fantastic job scheduling the roofing crew and giving us a heads-up the day before they arrived. The roofing crew themselves were hardworking, friendly, and extremely professional. They did an amazing job—our roof looks fantastic! They kept our yard tidy throughout the project, and when they left, everything was spotless. This company is outstanding in every aspect. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommended!

Pinnacle Roofing was great to work with. We needed our patio roof redone. Communication was excellent, Alec did our estimate & he was thorough, nice and answered all our questions well. Got our estimate in less than 24h & price was right. Grant was the PM and got us scheduled fast, which was great since rain was expected on Sunday and he got is in Friday before. If you want it to rain in Phoenix in June just tear your own roofing off and then decide you want to hire pros to get it finished faster🤣 Only issue was a very small section at the edge lifted above the flashing same day and wouldn't stick back down. Very minor. But we got a solid day of rain on Sunday and several days later a full on deluge and ZERO leaks ... really great work and they came out & got the edge re-adhered properly

After some storm damage to our roof and considering the roof was just over 20 years old we decided to redo the entire roof. We were referred to Pinnacle Roofing and we couldn’t be happier. Competitive bid against other long time roofing contractors. Communication was great with estimator and project manager. They came in, did a quality job and kept the jobsite clean. Matched the tile almost perfectly. I would definitely use them again. I love it when companies charge you a fair price and give you excellent service.
