Leo, Stan and Dmitry did an excellent job on the quartz install on my new shower. They also installed a countertop and window sill panes in my home. This is a good company with great employees and I would recommend them for any countertop job you might have.

Poor communication and lack of follow-through. Our initial measurement appointment was missed because of wind, which is understandable, but no one notified us, resulting in a wasted trip. In December we were told installation would be scheduled “in the middle of next week,” but that week passed with no contact. A January date was later mentioned, but that also came and went without confirmation, and our follow-up messages were not answered. Elizabeth was always polite and pleasant over email, but overall the experience was unprofessional and has resulted in the delay of our project, so we chose to go with another company.

I would have loved to be writing a 5 star review. However, I have noticed after paying $6,318, theres been some mistakes that are inexcusable. Paying this much for such a high quality item, I would expect near perfect. The sink hole was not cut for center of the sink cabinet, making the faucet to the right, and when the owner installed the dishwasher brackets to the counter, he cracked my new cabinets. On top of barley adequate communication, I email them expressing whats written above and I didn't receive a reply. After 3 days I decided to call the office and said she would discuss this and I haven't heard back after a week. Good people, but they don't know how to run a business to get returning customers. I've used pinnacle stoneworks on multiple properties, from entry level specs to high end custom builds, they do phenomenal work and always stand by their product!

We got the most beautiful leather finished granite and they installed it so quickly. Very happy with Leo and his team. Easy to work with! Highly recommend!
