They replaced my entire roof and made several necessary repairs, including work around the chimney, and everything was handled with true professionalism. Caleb was incredibly responsive-every question I had was answered quickly and clearly His communication made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The Pinpoint crew was extremely competent, professional, and courteous - not to mention hard-working. They did an excellent job re-roofing our house, and were great carpenters for the associated trim and decking repairs. Site cleanup was performed daily and was very thorough. Junior came out to quote the job and from day one explained things more thoroughly than competing contractors. He was eager to call in subject matter experts for areas he did not specialize in so that I was kept in the loop, and made sure I understood everything that needed to be done and why. After entertaining a few competing offers I ended up signing with Junior who has continued to communicate every step with me. Mark Smith at Pin Point Roofing has helped us in the past. This summer, we had a leak in our historic house museum. Caleb Watkins at Pin Point Roofing came out and took the time to investigate both the attic and the roof. He discovered the issue and showed us digital pictures of the problem. The work was completed according to our written agreement in a timely fashion. Afterwards, Caleb patiently explained why and how it happened and guaranteed the repair for 10 years. He was always polite, punctual, and the work site was left clean. We are pleased and would definitely call Pin Point Roofing again should we ever need a roofer.
