I am absolutely blown away that this small business doesn’t have ONLY 5 stars. I went here for advice and a couple PVC parts to replace my sink at my home in Milford. They couldn’t have been more accommodating and took 30 (!!) minutes to educate me on how to do things properly. This is how a small business should be run!

I was in the middle of replacing my oil burner. 3 days with no heat or hot water. Both the plumber and electrician tell me to pick up a Taco 6 zone relay for the oil burner. I called Pinto’s and talked to one of the employees explained what I needed and what it was for. He tells me the part I want and the part number and to come down the next day for it. So I went in and bought it next day, well it was the wrong thing so I spent Saturday morning driving around looking for a place that sells the correct equipment and luckily found it. I just tried to return the relay and the ow we first said no and blamed me, the plumber and electrician for his employees mistake. He took it back but charged me $50 return fee after continuing to berate me. Never again with this place and his employees need s

I understand when times are busy but this company is so unprofessional. Their van doesn't have the correct number. I left several messages and no response. I called the number online and finally someone called me back. I asked them to come out for an estimate for several plumbing issues i have. I even sent them pictures so they could assess from there without coming. I was told he would call me right back. Fast forward 10 days no call. This is not tye kind of business i want working on my house if they can't even do what they say they will. Imagine the work.. yikes!

They say on website that they close at 4:30 pm. I arrived there at 4:10 pm and the store was closed already. What kind of business is this? If they don’t honor the store hours, they don’t take care of the rest at all.

Called to make an appointment for a Thursday or Friday. When no-one called on Thursday I called to check and they had no record of me or my appointment. They took my info again and said would call back and didn't!
