Rich cleaned the wall-to-wall carpet at the house we moved into. The previous owners had a dog, and there were some stains as well as dander. The results were dramatic—brighter colors and no more stains! There was a bonus too; the frigid weather had caused the heating to dry out the air inside the house. The steam from the cleaning machine helped boost the humidity without steaming the windows. His price was more than fair, and his work ethic is top-notch. I HIGHLY recommend!!! Rich was very easy to schedule with, on time and knowledgeable! He was able to remove a heavy water stain in the carpet i thought for sure would not come out and it did! The kitchen and bathroom 20 yr old vinyl tile floors came out so nice! His pricing was very reasonable!!!! Very satisfied! Don't look anywhere else! Call pioneer carpet and floor cleaning! We just had Rich deep-clean the carpets throughout our new home, which used to have pets, and he did an outstanding job! He worked continuously for nearly three hours, covering two stories plus the basement, and was incredibly friendly, professional, and detail-oriented. He cleaned every corner and edge—including under the baseboard heaters—and even pointed out which areas were more heavily soiled, why, and how to maintain them in the future. He also explained the causes of a stubborn stain and possible ways to treat them. We’re so happy to see the carpets are like new now, and we definitely hope to have him back for future cleanings.

Rich has been my go to for carpet and upholstery cleaning for years! He always does an amazing job and I love that the carpets are barely even damp when he’s done. His prices are also very reasonable. Most recently I called him in hopes that he would be able yo save the carpet in my daughter’s room after my kids snuck some paint and spilled it all over the carpet. I was not sure much could be done. Rich came out the next day and was able to remove 98% of it, with no signs it even happened.
