Surner just replaced my over 55 year old oil tank. Kareem (spelling?), Jeff and Edson (spelling?), were professional, friendly and efficient. I enjoyed meeting all of them and greatly appreciated the time they took to explain the process, etc. Top shelf work.

After a harrowing experience with our former propane service (tha let us run out twice in the winter in two years) in desperation I called Surner. They were prompt, professional and are experts at what they do, On the same day, we had a new 1000 gallon tank that was filled shortly after it was installed. I now can sleep without worrying about running out of gas. We are extremely grateful to Surner for their professional response.

A year ago we switched to Surner for our propane delivery and heating system service. The switch worked smoothly and we have been totally satisfied with them. Recently our 33 year old heating system failed. Surner techs worked hard to fix it. Adding new parts to an old system didn’t seem practical. Surner designed a new system that is more efficient, takes less space, and is easier to service. We had MassSave do an energy assessment. We got the new system on a 7-year, 0% loan coupled with a $1,200 rebate. Surner’s techs Joe and John installed the new system in less than two days and did a magnificent job as the photo below shows. I highly recommend Surner!
