Diane and whoever else runs this show is a joke. I was Disconnected I paid on the 15th of October and was shut off the 12th of November. I Have an oxygen dependent person in my home. We are without transportation and live 25 miles from nearest town. I told them I could make a payment in 3 days. Diane said there’s nothing she could do and that she was going to hang up on me.

Bruh this company is crazy. Some of the worst internet yet charges so much. They gave us a faulty modem then refused to give us a replacement and proceeded to try and charge us two months service in order to get a replacement back. Had no service for a whole month 🤦🏻‍♂️. Don’t use this company. Some $ hungry crazy people

These little electric companies have no competition and if you are a consumer of theirs good luck with that. You are at their mercy. Hopefully DOGE will cut the funds going to these little electric companies and one day they will be put in their place.

Worst electric company ever. They charge you for electric you don’t use and they overcharge their customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
