Way over priced, and took three months to get the hot water heater we supplied installed.They are unorganized as to what it is they are doing. They forgot half the stuff we wanted a quote on. The gentleman who installed the hot water heater did a good job and quick.

EXEMPLARY, EXPEDIENT, RESPONSIVE and POLITE! I can do most household plumbing myself, but we now use American Home Shield protection plan. Ted's Plumbing was assigned to us as the contractor and Rusty was our plumber. Within two hours of my call he was on his way to inspect the situation with a leaking shower faucet. This was impressive because we were 40 minutes away from where he was located. American Home Shield requires prior authorization before he could not start the work the following day. When he came he did in an hour what would have taken me most of the day. Rusty was very knowledgeable and did excellent work. When finished he asked me to look at it to make sure I was satisfied. It was not possible for anyone to have done a better job. I will trust him with all my plumbing in
