I hired this company less than a year ago to do a few jobs for me, my main concern was a leak that I had on one of the units in the apartment downstairs. The so called owner of the company Mohammed convinced me to repair the entire back wall with stucco and waterproofing and that he will also paint my deck. He also said that he will guarantee his work and would respond if any problems would occur in the future. My deck started peeling I called Mohammed and he said don’t waste your time just get a new deck, ok whatever. Now the stucco done in the back is cracking and the window downstairs is still leaking as you can see from the photos. I called him multiple times and no response then I called from another number, his response was that he was busy and hung up the phone. I have spent $13000

Great company, been in business since 1992. Licensed and insured great prices for the service they offer. Happy with the work they performed, definitely recommend to anyone who needs commercial property work done or even residential work

Beware! Please, save yourself the hassle and do not do business with this company. They took money from us with the promise of starting work asap. 5 months later and work never began and Muhammad stopped responding to calls and texts when asked for a refund. They also do business under, Perspective general construction and Sadar restoration. Check reviews on yelp under this name , all 1 stars, including the same complaint as mine, took money with no intent of starting work. Also, note, 3 of positive reviews below are from Ali himself and company associates. Shameful!

Very honest contractorwho really know what they are doing. They are honest, efficient and reasonably priced. If you need work done hire Pioneer!
