Pioneer Heating & Air

My husband and I were very pleased with Pioneer Heating and Air. Our air conditioner broke at the end of May and we were desperate to get it fixed. We called so many HVAC specialists in Montrose and Grand Junction trying to get someone to come take a look at our AC unit ASAP. Pioneer Heating and Air was the only place that returned our phone call (in less than 24 hours too)! They sent a guy out the very next day, and he fixed the problem quickly! Then, 6 weeks later the AC unit stopped working again because of a different issue. It was a Sunday but we decided to call Pioneer and just leave a voicemail so they would call us back on Monday. Gerardo, Isa and the technicians selected for our job could not have been a better crew. They kept the work areas picked up, were professional, friendly and seemed to take pride in their work. At our job, the system repair issues kept becoming more complex as the work progressed. Reworking the estimate, providing added value, efforts to come to agreement on every important detail needing a decision was met with respect and were in my best interest and not without our consent. It was a great experience for us and we would recommend this business to anyone and hope that they continue to provide this kind of service to everyone. Technicians were courteous & professional. They helped in an emergency, were able to correct a problem that day & have everything working. They are very knowledgeable & always do a terrific job on time. It is a pleasure to do business with them. I highly recommend them for all your heating & cooling needs.

DO NOT USE! They owed me a refund and they refuse to give me one after initially saying it would be no problem. After a month of no response I had to complain to consumer affairs. After they received the complaint, A/P called me and said a few lies why she didn't send the check. She said she would personally send the check out yesterday. I gave her my temp address to send it since I am out of town. Today GM Brandon called to see if everything was resolved. I laughed and said I still haven't receive my check so nothing has been resolved. He said it looks like this address out of town is where you want it sent. I said yes. Matt and Mica were so kind and wonderful to us yesterday, while installing our AC Unit. Extremely respectful and didnt seem to mind the pets around them. Animals are such a great people reader… They actually loved these two guys! They were very clean, we didnt have to pick up anything! Even explained to us what to have it on and how the thermostat works.. If you want nice respectable men in your house where a woman has nothing yo worry about.. Then Pioneer is the place!!
