I am beyond disappointed with my experience with Pioneer Home Services. If you are looking for transparency or fair pricing, look elsewhere. The issues started with the initial quote, which was incredibly vague and lacked any breakdown of costs. The actual work only took two technicians approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. Even if you generously round that up to 4 hours each at rates of $200/hr and $100/hr, and factor in $200 for supplies, $100 for equipment, a $200 trip charge, and a 30% markup, the bill should have been well under $2,500. Instead, I was hit with a staggering $5,400 bill. When I tried to call and discuss this massive discrepancy, I was repeatedly brushed off. TJ came on Thursday and fixed my mom's sink drain. He gave her all the details about replacing her galvanized plumbing. No pressure, just options. The next day a whole team came out and replaced her plumbing. TJ was courteous and kind. The crew was efficient, clean and did a great job. Highly recommend!

For some reason, the review page keeps taking me to Frogs plumbing. Wanted to make sure I’m in the right place. Boss man came out Thursday (2/13) after I called them to ask them to come bury my lines they left out because of flooding that would take place currently. They came with city codes and only did an inspection. Gave me my green sticker of approval then he said that someone would be here yesterday (2/14/25) to bury the lines. I waited all day. No one showed up. No calls, no texts, no emails. So now my yard is currently flooding like I warned him would happen. Brandon came to make the repairs to my electrical that a tree pulled out of my house when it fell. He arrived on time, worked relentlessly for several hours in the freezing cold and with snow falling. He did a wonderful job. He answered all my questions, was professional at all times. I will definitely recommend this company to others and call them again if the need arises.
