The people working there is great. Never had any problems till now. I had about 10 fees charged on my card that had to invoices. I tried reaching out Lance with pioneer with no answers. I purchased riprap rock half was dirt and half rock. They said they cannot give refunds for this on picture it’s suppose to be 15 tons of rock not dirt

I returned a pallet to this store since it's closer to my house. This alone made my experience wonderful for the convenience. Then there was Marco. I walked in and had to wait my turn since there was a lady who was ranting about something. I watched Marco deal with her professionally and he interacted with her with a lot of patience and understanding. When my turn came, he was his same professional way. He was friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. Thank you Pioneer for having good employees.
