Our experience with PVFP started with a new house build in the fall of 2024. Clancy and the team worked alongside my GC to ensure a seamless sharing of the property while many trades were working at the time. From the sales, through the install, and eventually the closing of the pool, my family could not be more happy. We have had several pools over the years, but this is our first Fiberglass model. We had an amazing hands on experience from day 1 with Pioneer Valley Fiberglass Pools. They were extremely patient with our decisions and worked with us every step of the way so we could get the pool of our dreams. Ultimately we decided to go with the DIY package which was extremely cost efficient and we still had so much support from PVF. PVF pools are the best. They treat you like you are their only customer. Very organized and customer service oriented. True professionals. During the install the owner of the company stopped in to make sure everything was going to plan. If you are going to put in a fiberglass pool, PVF Pools is a must.

We couldn't be more pleased with our Pioneer Valley pool! From the installation 5 years ago to the ongoing support with opening it in the spring and closing it for the fall, the service we have had has been excellent. We absolutely love our pool and so do our friends and family! It has delighted toddlers through senior citizens and every age in between. It's easy to maintain and the heating system and lighting extend its use seasonally and into the evenings. We don't believe we could have made a better choice than going with a Pioneer Valley Fiberglass pool.
