I worked with Chris on a new build in the fall of 2013. My overall experience with him and his crew was excellent. Chris is a very knowledgeable and friendly builder and delivers a great product with the ICF. Higher energy costs are here to stay and compared to a traditional stick build the ICF is just a stronger, quieter, and more efficient option. I brought Chris a set of plans and he delivered a great ICF home on budget, on time and at the same price point as the traditional build.
