Mario is such an excellent plumber, and he has a great team (Eddie the assistant plumber, Emile the general contractor, and Mike the licensed electrician). I needed a new water heater tank, a new kitchen faucet, and some serious repairs in my bathtub area (a leaky bathtub faucet that needed new pipes behind the wall and some collapsed bathroom wall tiles) before the DEA inspection. Mario responded immediately and got major parts of the work done already by the VERY NEXT DAY. The pipes he installed were so beautiful! He is the master of piping art. Not only Mario took care of the water tank, kitchen faucet, bathtub faucet/shower head, he also fixed the "on-going toilet flushing issue" and the incorrectly installed "entrance door closer"!! He went above and beyond. Truly amaaaaazing!!!

Great experience with Pipe Masters. They came out to look at My situation with old cast iron and galvanized pipes, and gave excellent advice on what needed to be done, but more importantly what did not need to be done. Very responsive and professional.

My water heater failed the night before. Water was cold for shower. Next day I called the installer company. They told me they can come in the next day in the evening 36hrs later. I called a second company I used in the past the owner told me they don't work on water heaters in the summer. These two companies didn't care about me and my family. I called Mario and he told me they would be there in about 2 hrs. Martin showed up, used shoe covers, much appreciated. Above all, he diagnosed as Mario had told me. Martin explained the reason of the failure and he fixed it right away. Martin was knowledgeable and professional. He told me what to expect should it stop working again. Many companies just want the money and don't explain anything. I fired the above two companies who didn't care about

Mario installed a new water heater, water line, and pump in my basement, and I'm very pleased with the results. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner, and the quality of the installation is excellent. I appreciate Mario's attention to detail and his expertise in ensuring everything was working correctly before he left. Furthermore, I found Mario to be a friendly and professional individual, and I felt comfortable having him in my home.
