DO NOT USE Pro Clean. I’ve used them 3 times and that was MY MISTAKE!!!! They came to clean the dryer vent at my property and left the area in worse shape than before. After their service, a hose was left disconnected, which caused a major water leak and damage to my home. When I contacted them, Alex (the technician) dismissed my concerns and took zero responsibility instead wants to come and give me a tutorial on what he did- I can watch a YouTube video with the same effect - doesn’t change the outcome of what Alex and his team did. This company is negligent and unprofessional save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. This incident happened 3 hours after Proclean left when my tenant began a wash cycle please see Procleans response as if washer hose just pop out like magic. Meanwhile w
