Two years ago, Pipeline Mechanical installed an A/C unit I purchased from Lowe's. I entered into a Maintenance Agreement with them this year and I'm glad I did. For the very most part, their staff is very professional, courteous and helpful when answering questions on how to properly take care of the A/C unit. While the relationship hasn't been totally problem free, I still chose to use them because they were willing to admit, apologize and correct their scheduling mistake. Great people and company! We purchased an A/C unit last year from Lowe's and this company installed it. First of all, we were told one unit could fit upstairs but when the installers showed up, it wouldn't. They cut into our wall to install it instead. Then they left with a hole in the wall. It took a call back to Lowe's for them to "repair" the wall. Note that the repair is ugly. We'll need someone else to actually make the wall normal. It would have been nice if we were told this needed to be done before the unit was purchased. This week we had a light on the unit and we called for help. After talking through the issue, a service call was ordered with no price mentioned. The service technician shows up and asks if we know it is $98. We said we weren't told the price and we thought we were still under warranty. I

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I had an emergency at 8:00 pm at a vacation rental property that I own. No AC whatsoever. After several calls to the company I have a service maintenance agreement with - Pipeline Mechanical in Mount Dora - I NEVER got a call back (despite the fact that they claim to have 24 hour on call service). I decided to call Mark Draper Inc. instead since I was in a panic! My guests were going to check in at 11:00 pm and arrive to a hot and humid house! Obviously I was very distressed about this! A technician named Chris showed up only 15 minutes after I placed the call. He very quickly diagnosed the problem and after spending a good amount of time on it, he fixed it (I had a problem with the air handler as well as a super old thermostat in the house). Recently had Pipeline out for repairs and they were wonderful. Very skilled technicians and office staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Very nice and efficient individuals. Showed up on time and finished installing my AC system very quickly. Very satisfied with their work.
