I would highly recommend this company! We needed a vent pipe rerouted for an upstairs bathroom, and hook up for a sink & toilet. Pete was kind, respectful and professional when it came to all matters. He gave us an estimate and came in a timely manner. The work was neat and clean. His receptionist Josie, was always helpful & professional and his employees are knowledgeable and do awesome work. Can’t say enough about Pipemasters Plumbing & Heating!

TRAVIS came to repair a leak under our sink and when he saw the RSO gave the excuse my home warranty does not cover it and said it would be a separate service fee of 125$ to repair with a plumbers tape. Then said won’t proceed until I pay the warranty service call fee. When I handed him the cash and advised to repair the leak he said never mind keep your money I’m out. Very unprofessional will never do business or refer PipeMaster to anyone.

After using other plumbers with no success. I tried Pipemasters, Within 24 hours my problem was fixed and very reasonably priced. Will not call anyone else going forward. While he was here I showed him another issue and he took care of it. No charge!!!!!!

I operate seven restaurants on Long Island and have very busy locations open seven days a week. Pipe masters is one of the only few that can maintain the service needed to operate. From on call service to new construction and of course all my residential needs. The best of the best. I highly recommend.
