Very much satisfied with a re-piping job by Pipe Worx recently - Feb. 17-18, 2026. They did what they said they will do at an affordable price. Would like in particular to commentd Justin Garner for his professionalism and honesty. He was the lead man of the Pipe Worx Crew and did most of the work. Russ and Harley were great! They were super helpful and fixed a leak in my home with a matter of minutes. If I could give them a 10/5 I would. I truly enjoy working with this company and can’t recommend them enough. They have a warranty on their work that I truly appreciate and their prices are fair! 10/10 recommend. I didn’t work with Justin in my most recent interaction but he was fabulous to work with in the past as well!

Kyle took our call and was extremely professional and courteous. You could tell from the start that this was a company that values customer service. Harley was our service technician, and he exceeded all expectations. He called us 30 minutes before arriving, showed up on time, and was incredibly kind, polite, and professional. His knowledge and efficiency were impressive, and he made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and easy. Harley arrived within the time slot I was given, handled himself in a professional manner, and was super friendly. He listened to our concerns and explained what was causing the issue in our home. He had the problem fixed in a timely manner, GREAT JOB, Harley!! We’ve been having problems with our water lately & started noticing symptoms of dry skin, dry eyes, and eczema— so we decided to reach out to pipeworks. The CSR’s we spoke to were very helpful and scheduled our appointment as soon as they could to give us a quote on a in-house-water filter. Harley was the technician assigned to give us a quote, and he was on-time and bery professional. He recommended testing our water before discussing prices and confirmed after testing that we have hard water and he recommended that an in-house water filter would be the best option to help with our recent dry skin symptoms. He was not only professional but very interpersonal and kind. Thank you for all your help and will recommend your services in the future.
