We had Robert come out to change a valve and install a trim kit. He was super nice and professional. We are super happy with the results and would always come back to Robert at Pippin Brothers if we needed anything else.

Mr Codoponey was the an individual sent out to trouble shoot the problem of no hot water after the initial installation. The problem he encountered with the hot water was above his level of experience. He said the company would have to send someone else out. Mr Robert came out about 6:00 pm and diagnosed the problem with minutes. He said it was a burner unit problem. He asked me did I wanted it fixed that night or wait until Monday, I said I would like to have hot water over the weekend. So he said it will be done. He told me he would have to go back to the company and get another burner unit and that would take about an hour. So he left and returned within an hour with the unit. Let me start by saying that we all know how difficult it is to find a genuine person nowadays in any trade. Especially a person that's not money driven or just trying to make a sale. Robert came out to my home for an estimate to install a tankless water heater and filtration system this morning. He arrived right on time and was extremely polite and no chip on the shoulder, ( that in itself was refreshing). I explained what my husband and I were wanting to do and I got different quotes based around what would be best for our needs/wants. He payed attention to what I was saying and even gave different ideas to help make our project more obtainable. Pippin Brothers has been amazing to work with. I called them to get my futnance looked at and they were able to get us scheduled the following morning. Our tech Dustin was professional and super nice. He got the unit started for us and now I can relax knowing my daughter will be warm this winter. 10/10 recommend. Aryanna was a joy to work with. She got us scheduled quickly and answered all my questions.

He was Great! We have had work done by your company. I remember Jason he was patient and explained things so i could understand what was going on at all times.
