The repair was done right the first time, and the leak has been completely resolved, even after being tested by this weekend’s rain storm. Chad from Pitch Crew Roofing came to my home to give me a free consultation of my roof. I was not sure if I needed a new roof and requested his expertise. He took pictures of the roof and reviewed each one of them with me. He told me I was in good shape, but that we should keep an eye on the roof with yearly check ups. He pointed out an issue with my gutters that needed to be addressed. He also did a small job of caulking where water may possibly be seeping through. He did this free of charge!
