PRO: NONE CON: I do not recommend individuals parking their cars there. They will touch your belongings in your vehicle. PK Parking on 1113 York Ave has shown a lack of professionalism in their services. As a customer, I have experienced first-hand their disrespect towards their clients. Not only do they have a disregard for punctuality, but they also do not handle the cars with care. Their attitude towards their work is careless and unprofessional. It is evident that they do not prioritize the satisfaction of their customers. It is disappointing to see a company that lacks basic customer service skills, as well as neglecting to handle valuable possessions with the utmost care. I had the best experience with this garage! I parked here monthly for a year and had a great experience the whole time. The attendants were always super friendly and quick. I also loved the texting feature—it made things so easy. I could just send a text message and my car would be ready when I got there. It made the whole process really smooth and convenient. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable spot with great service.

PK Parking at 1113 York Ave is by far the best garage in the area. I lived in the area for two years and used a few different garages before settling in with PK. Their team is wonderful and treat customers with respect. Highly reccomend

Do NOT trust this parking garage! I told the parking attendant who took my car, in no uncertain terms, not to roll down my windows because the window motor is broken and I would not be able to roll it back up. They proceeded to roll down the very window I told them not to! Then when I called to tell them what their employee did and that I wanted a refund, they hung up in my face 3 times and did not pick up my calls anymore. They have immature workers with no integrity. I will never give them my business again, and I will tell everyone in the hospital near by not to support this business anymore. I am reporting the company. This is outrageous.

Look no further! This is the BEST garage on the Upper East Side near the Queensborough Bridge. Clean facility, very efficient and friendly staff. Over the past 15 years I’ve had 5 monthly garages in Manhattan - this is by far the best
