Plain English Design

I called and made an appointment for Sat morning. I made a half hour trip to the location. Spent a long time finding a parking spot, paid for it, and finally stopped by the store. And guess what, nobody was at the store and nobody picked up the phone. Definitely not a professional way of conducting business and handling customers. They didn’t even call me earlier to cancel or reschedule. Very disappointed.

Absolutely top shelf (pun intended) English design, joinery, aesthetics and service quality. Worth a stop if for no other reason than to see, in an era of pressboard rubbish, how well and thoughtfully it's possible to do things.

Beautiful cabinets but I wish they were more affordable.
