I had a very disturbing experience here. As I pulled into the parking lot, an associate who works at this location was extremely disrespectful , yelling at a woman, behaving aggressively, and acting completely unprofessionally. It escalated to the point where he opened someone’s car door and continued yelling at them, which is not only inappropriate but a violation of personal property and safety. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and creates a hostile, unsafe environment for customers. Management seriously needs to address staff conduct and ensure employees are trained in professionalism and basic respect.

As an architect, I help homeowners with the spatial layout of their new kitchens; however, no kitchen is real nor completed until a kitchen designer, supplier, and installer takes over. Mike Mondiello at Functional Design is absolutely stellar with his work. Mike is there with his clients every step of the way, through every detail of cabinet and counter design and specification, measurement of the area of installation, and during the installation process itself. His attention to his clients is unparalleled, which is why I highly recommend him and will continue to do so in the future. Looking forward the next project, Mike!

STOP DO NOT GO ELSEWHERE. Mike has done numerous small items such as laundry room and kitchen cabinet modifications even matched a 20 year old cabinet. Well we just finished our kitchen full gut and remodel and I can tell you Mike is the guy. He is there every step of the way and even when small issues arise he takes care of them and makes you feel all warm and fuzzy. The quality and the attention to little tiny details is amazing.
