I love working with Derik, Ashley and the whole team at Plains! They all are very knowledgable and give me great advice! Ashley went out of her way and came over to our home to see what we were working with. They have THE BEST tile installer, Joel! He is very meticulous and did an incredible job! And their carpet installer, Trevor, is amazing too!!! We are so pleased to have such quality products and installers in our rural community! Thank you Plains!!!

Be careful. This dealer does not stand behind his "jobs". He blames everyone but himself for poor craftsmanship and did not notify me that they would not laying the new flooring under all kitchen appliances. Three times I notified dealer that there was an issue with the tile laid in the kitchen & only when I sent my property manager in to ask them to examine the issue did I get a visit from the dealer. I learned at that time that the new flooring was NOT installed under the dishwasher. This was an $11,000 job, paid in cash & they chose not to inform me at the time that they did not install new product under all appliances & I paid the price. In my last home I had waterproof vinyl installed & it was placed under ALL kitchen appliances. This dealer did not take any responsibility for

We have used Plains Floor multiple times and will continue to go back. Derik is amazing, the office staff is kind and attentive, and all of the flooring guys have always been fantastic. We are happy with every room we've had done! Highly recommend.

I needed a few rooms of carpet stretched out and they came out quickly and Trevor did a fantastic job.
