He installed a new Navien tankless water heater for us and a filtration system that makes our drinking water taste amazing. He also updated the plumbing in our basement bathroom during our remodel. Charlie was great. Very nice. Replaced a bathroom sink & faucet, fixed leak in toilet & got my shower drain working great. He cleaned up the mess great too before leaving.
