The guys at Plano Plumbing helped me resolve a hot water slab leak. They responded right away to a request for assistance and scheduled a site visit. During that visit they provided an assessment as to where the leak was most likely located and what my options were to correct the problem. They also provided a high level cost estimate based on that initial visit. After making the decision to move forward with their services the work was scheduled. I used them today for the first time to fix a water heater leak. They got me scheduled, came the same day and solved my problem. I was surprised to discover a small flood happening by the shutoff valve at the curb and gave Plano Plumbing a call. Thankfully, Mario was able to fit a service call in the next day. Mario came out within 20 minutes of my call after receiving a 4x larger than normal water bill. He helped us locate our hidden sprinkler box and determined that our leak was in the sprinkler system, not in the house.
