Plants of Distinction

We chose Plants of Distinction because we saw them working on a neighbor's yard and it looked great. We met with the owner (Tom) who promised us the moon for the amount of money we said we were willing to spend. We anxiously awaited them to start our landscaping. After 6 months of constant battles and no-shows, we had a few plants in and dozens of failed promises. We finally decided to cut ties and ask for the remainder of our deposit back. We were SHOCKED at the prices! Extremely small accent plants were over $500, medium-sized plants were WELL over $1000. Almost our entire deposit was spent on one tiny part of our yard. When we went to the store to get our money back, the owner yelled at us and told us we were lying about the work that was done. He ended up storming out of the store. A

thr WORST experience. this place has gone downhill. the owner Tom makes promises he can’t keep it is a disaster do NOT buy from them they took thousands of our money and never followed through. planning to sue

The owner (Tom) literally cancelled his home appointment with me 5 times. Always after the appointment was supposed to happen. Unbelievably unprofessional.
