My property manager used their services to replace an 8 inch element on an electric stove for $259 for my rental property. The element clips in easily , anyone can install one of these and the same element sells at home depot or Lowe's under $40. This company should be ashamed of itself. Charging this much money for something that clips right in is unethical and a predatory practice. I will never be using there services again. If you want to be pruce gouged and throw your money away.Do business with them

I contacted a couple of places to order a part for a washer and they either didn’t have the part available or it would take a few days to arrive. When I called Plata Refrigeration, Adriana was so helpful. I gave her the part number, she confirmed it could be ordered and that it would arrive next day. I paid over the phone and got an email confirmation of my order. On the day it was scheduled to arrive, I got a text message to let me know it was ready for pick up, and a few hours later a call to follow up. I am very pleased with the level of service I received.
