Sam & Nourine were excellent to work with. We hired them to redo our steps into the back of our house & basement. Communication was so easy throughout the whole process they were quick to respond and made sure to discuss all our options. Sam always made sure to notify us in advance of their arrival or need to delay bc of weather. We planned to build a structure on top of their work over our stairs and they listened to our needs and made sure they created a foundation necessary for our continued work. We felt like we were one big team. There was an issue soon after they left due to the extreme heat during construction and they were quick to return & made sure to take the time fix it properly. We’re very happy we hired them & love the upgrade to our backyard!

As an investor, working with a contractor can break or help the job become successful. In most case too many contractors, don’t care or want to understand how to complete the job correctly and fix the problem they were hired for. Sam, did complete the job and look to understand the best way to complete the job successfully. Working with Sam has been great, as well to communicate with to make things run smoothly.

I can’t even begin to describe how amazing Sam is. First off, his work is top quality. He can across many obstacles with my old house but he handled all of them in stride. And he charged far less than what his competitors quoted to me. I could not be more pleased with my new ceilings.

Hired Platinum Construction & Landscaping to fix a beam in my first floor ceiling. Sam and crew got the job done quickly and efficiently and Sam’s communication was great every step of the way. I was very satisfied with their work and appreciated their attention to detail from the way they fixed the ceiling, repaired the walls, and even made sure to clean the floors throughout the house. Really enjoyed working with Sam and would hire them for future home renovation projects.
