Tom is so great to work with. He always listens to exactly what we want and his crew is super professional. Tom is such a great craftsman and gets the job done in a timely manor. We have done several indoor and outdoor projects that we are so happy with. I highly recommend Platinum Handyman, and will be using them more for future projects.

Regarding customer service, professionalism, and competence, Platinum Handyman far surpassed the other businesses I engaged to perform a vital home repair during this dreaded coronavirus pandemic. Tom Fischer performed the work, and his work product was superb. Further, the final bill was below the fee quote. He personifies the maxim: Under-promise and over-deliver. From the inception of my dealings with Platinum, Tom communicated honestly, efficiently, and in a timely manner. He showed up on time. Everything was simply first-rate. (Before finding Platinum, I paid another handyman company, based in Old Town Alexandria, money to do the job, and all it did was steal my money, waste precious time, and demonstrate woeful incompetence by attempting address the repair with unnecessary work.)

Garbage disposal stopped working and needed last minute handyman service. Jeff tried squeezing me into an already booked schedule, but in the meantime was able to troubleshoot and make recommendations that got me back in business quickly without a service call. He really went above and beyond even though he wasn’t making fee off it. Because of that commitment, these guys will be my first call next time I need any work done. Thanks Jeff!
