Fantastic service for a great price! We were very appreciative of how quickly they were able to get us scheduled for a hot tub move. Tub was moved from behind our house to another area on our property for temporary storage. The team worked very quickly and did a great job. I also appreciated Cody’s knowledge and recommendations for a couple of issues we had with our tub. We will definitely be calling them when it’s time to move the tub back to the new deck!

Platinum was recommended to me by the company replacing my deck. I called them and Reid had me take pictures and video as well as descriptions of what I needed done. He quoted me a price and recontacted me to say he had a cancellation. His crew was here at 0715hrs the following morning. They dismantled the hot tub and showed me the deplorable condition that it was in. Their honest expert advice saved me from wasting my money. They hauled it away for me and advised that they have refurbished units for sale from time to time. I saw a video of one comparable to mine. Cody and the crew were there on time (super early on a freezing day), had great attitudes and were very efficient. Cody gave me a lot of information about cleaning and maintaining the spa. Outstanding experience. Hot tubs are very expensive, so if you have to move one you definitely want to protect your investment.
