They are professional from start to finish. The team that replaced my roof was fantastic and at the end spend a good amount of time making the property was cleaner than what they found it! Overall excellent experience, never had this kind of experience before with work on my home. Highly recommended!! Just look at that beautiful roof!

Called for a roofing repair (had trouble getting anyone interested in repair work...not worth their time). Top Tier lived up to their name...came by(on time) for a review/quote. Matt showed up to perform the work and once completed was not satisfied with the color match. Matt said he was going shopping and would return that afternoon to redo the repair. Good to his word, Matt returned that afternoon and re-did the repair with shingles that matched. Above an beyond as far as I am concerned. I would recommend these guys to everyone. Top Tier in my book!

I reached out to Top Tier due to a water heater busting & causing water damage. Wayne & his team were at my house that afternoon. They began the drying out process that day. They handled everything with my insurance which made is easier on me! They were amazing from start to finish! Highly recommend Top Tier!!

Called for a leak to be located in our home. Wayne came out quickly and his team located the leak. David, came out the same day also. They started the job immediately to make the process of getting the insurance involved very easy. David did an amazing job with demo of the damaged area and explaining the next steps. In making the decision to use Wayne and Top Tier roofing was made early because they honored my request not to knock or ring the doorbell. This was so nice. After that we started a text message exchange as to when and how we would proceed. They worked with my timeline without issue. Once I was ready, They handled everything needed with the insurance company, went through the inspections, paperwork, etc. Once insurance signed off, all I had to do was pick the color. From first call to insurance to finished product was maybe 2 weeks, if I remember correctly. The crew that installed the roof was great as well. Kept the area clean throughout the process.
