AMAZING level of service. Chad, Zach and Jared were all super professional, honest, and thorough. I don't want to disparage other local companies, but they came in at less than 50% of what a competitor tried to charge! And this isn't due to any sort of skimping on parts or labor, but mainly a testament to their honesty. Prior company came for a service call and was insistent that a part couldn't be repaired and instead had to be replaced, also that I needed a full quantity of 15lbs of refrigerant, etc. I suspected this was off, as I could hear the refrigerant leaking and therefore knew I at least had some in there. Platinum was able to repair the part and was honest in only selling me 3 lbs of refrigerant that I was shy, thereby saving me considerably!

Ryan came out to my local business and inspected my walk in cooler unit and assessed any damage that occurred during the most recent storms. Very prompt, reasonable prices and honest service. Get with these guys and show them some love when you need their services. They are on call 24/7 .

What a horrible company. Over charge you for bad work. I am a single mother and the tech made me feel very uncomfortable in my home. The owner called after I complained and was very rude. Would not recommend this company at all. Stick with more reputable company not this just starting company. Told my family not to use them. Want others to know before they feel uncomfortable in their home.

Very professional, transparent with pricing & affordable rates. My AC is cooling much faster & more efficiently since they worked on it, big improvement! I will definitely be using them again.
