Called Platinum Roofing for a quote on roofing and gutters. Real nice, setup and appointment for 10:00am the next day for them to look at and get a quote. I received both a text message and an email confirming the appointment. I made sure I was home 30 minutes before my appointment, at the time of my appointment I receive a text message that they would not be here today and would try again tomorrow. Not one phone call! Clearly only there time is valuable!

I contacted Platinum Roofing for an estimate on a new roof and replacement of a large section of eaves on a home in Warner Robins. Todd Nix came promptly at the time agreed and we went over the scope of the estimate. He provided a clear professional estimate in the time frame he told me. The crews showed up at the time agreed (actually ahead of schedule after contacting me about it) and did a great job. They even did some repair on a complicated section of rafters in one of the valleys. It was a quality job and I am well pleased with the price and finished product.
