Super nice guys and I totally get their passion……but you really need to be clear about what you (the client) want BEFORE YOU HIRE ANYONE. Do you want your home to BE clean, or do you just want it to LOOK like someone was there cleaning? For me, I want my home to be very clean and void of fluffed up tissues and stickers on my toilet paper. There is a place for that fancy stuff but I think that place is hotels, not homes. CLEAN my home, don’t waste time and toilet paper with the stickers.

Platinum Star Cleaning is great. David has been our dedicated cleaner for the past few months and he does an amazing job. He's incredibly thorough, detail oriented, helps point out things in the home to keep an eye on, is always on time...and is just generally a nice, friendly person. Aaron and the company are always very communicative and willing to help and can't say enough good things about the service.

Nakia has outstanding attention to detail and went above and beyond during her first visit to our home. She listened carefully to our request to focus on a certain room, and went above and beyond to ensure every corner was spotless. Her thoroughness and attention to small details (every floating shelf, table top, and even our blanket basket) was truly impressive.
