They have repaired it numerous times over the years, until finally, it just couldn’t hold up anymore. I’d call & they’d come the same day, sometimes within the hour, even on a weekend if I needed them. So, it was a no brainer to choose them to purchase my new AC unit from & trust them for the installation. The hottest day of the year & they got it installed & running with no problems the same day. Platt A/C is absolutely beyond reproach! They showed up on the morning they promised and installed an entire a/c system; doesn’t sound like much you say? WITH 4.9 INCHES OF RAIN!!! Ready for the task with professionalism and courteousness, I told them I didn’t REALLY expect them with the conditions, they told me, “we promised today!!” All aspects of the job were excellent, then they contacted me a few days later to ensure I was happy, oh yeah-I’m happy!
