Secure Electric

Moved to a new area and need the electrical panel upgraded asap for insurance. Called around, made multiple appointments with electric companies, most didn’t even show up. Darren was by far the most informative, patient and had upfront affordable pricing. He was quick to respond to inquires and went above and beyond the original service order. His work on attaching the equipment to my home was so tidy, it just looks amazing. If you want someone you can trust, who has fair pricing and will go above and beyond for you then call them first.

I had a tree fall on the electrical line to my house, which caused electrical damage to my weather head and meter base. Darren at Secure Electric was quick to respond to messages (on the weekend) and was able to get me scheduled in promptly for the next week. Darren and his assistant Wes showed up when they said they would, completed the work that day, and did the job right. Darren explained exactly what they were going to do and why, and I never felt he was selling me anything I didn’t need, he was very up front and professional. Darren helped push through the permitting and inspection process when the city dropped the ball a few times; the process would have taken longer had he not been involved. I would recommend this business and would use them again in the future.

Needed wiring from my breaker box through the attic to the other side of the house and down the bricks for the breaker. Wesley and Ronnie were very professional and seemed to enjoy their work. They were extremely friendly and made sure I knew exactly why and what they were doing. They make a great team together. We had work done a year or so ago and Wesley did the work then. There is a reason all the reviews are 5 stars. Daren responded quick to get them out here. Wesley and Ronnie also installed a light fixture while they were here. It was boxed up and sitting there waiting for install for a couple years. My wife and I are so thankful for those men. Thanks again Darren….you rock! I’ll be using Secure again at some point in the future.

I want to give a shout-out to Darren Carr and his crew at Secure Electric out of Grapeland for their professional and friendly service. They made the purchase of our new generator as painless as could be. Now we have some peace of mind knowing we won’t have to worry about these East Texas storms knocking out the power.

What an amazing first experience with Secure electric. Initially the majority of our power went out due to a lightning strike during a wind storm. We were recommended to call Darren at Secure electric. It was on a Sunday. He was able to send one of his electricians by the name of Wesley, who was a true pleasure to deal with. He assessed the whole house for damage as well as the outside box and made a recommendation. Darren felt like he needed to come out and look at it himself due to the nature of the call and was able to not only Support his electricians assessment, but made a suggestion to call the main power company.
