I could not ask for a better company to service my 24 unit apartment 's they have stood by us for years. We use them for Plumbing as well as Heating n cooling, Customer service is 10**********

Heat pump went out on holiday weekend. They responded quickly and came first thing this morning and we are fixed! This family owned business has been my go to for all plumbing, heating and heat pump issues since 2011. I have been in a couple different residences in their service area and we are always impressed with their service.

Called Platte mechanical because I had an issue with an air conditioner. The person on the phone that I called was super super nice respected our needs due to this heat issue that we were having outside and no air conditioning. Someone was there within the hour. Amazing customer service

They have been out here all week having to fix the hot water heater in our apartment building every morning after they supposedly "fixed it" the day before. For it to go out again over night. Wish they knew what they were doing instead of putting bandaids on it. Now we have to wait all weekend without hot water. Hope our apartment manager finds a better company to come fix it.

Platte Mechanical dropped what they were doing and helped a new customer out of an emergency break down! They helped us at 30 Bowl immediately to get our roof top AC unit back up and running. We are very impressed and greatful for thier prompt service for a brand new customer!
