Plaza Thrift Store

I’ve been shopping here for at least 10 years. I’ve had good luck for the most part but honestly the past few times I’ve come, they have completely lost their minds. They are marking up the items as much as they cost retail, albeit brand new retail. I’m not even sure how they justify it, when what they have is DONATED. Please review your pricing and do better, you have literally lost your mind. And yes I know I can go to other thrift stores but why do that? When you can do better. You can’t always go based on nwt or brand, some brands or even trends go out quickly. I’m seriously appalled at what they are feeling entitled to charge. You used to be my favorite. Sad.

Great place for thrifting, but the service is so horrible it’s embarrassing. I’ve maybe interacted with one or two employees out of my few years shopping here that were nice. The lady with blonde highlights is rude every time I go in. Even just observing her speak to others is gross. Making hand motions to have people move and making faces is horrible. This place really needs to get it together on that behalf. Horrible company because the Plano location is not any better.

I love the selection of clothes, but it’s really upsetting when everything on your shelves is donated to you and you sell it next to store prices. These are used items that you received for free. We are in a recession, people need the help they can get. Please don’t be greedy, and lower the costs.

Love coming here, so much to look at. Been coming for almost a year. They have an excellent selection of children's clothes, even boys! Which usually is short and picked though. Everything i have found was a good price. Only once did shoe area stink, was like wet dirty sweaty feet. But was gone by time I came back. They have lots of trees at Christmas time, and I was able to get one for a needy friend.

Love this store for the prices and items we find. They have great children's clothing for under $2, perfect since kids grow so fast. Lately, though, the clothes are drenched in perfume or cigarette smoke, sometimes both. The smells won't wash out. I understand if the smoke is from the previous owner of the item, but if the smoke/perfume combo is from staff smoking and then trying to mask the smell, that's poor management and not great for customers. Please make some changes to your smoking policy.
